At Komodo Collectibles, we strive to provide high-quality trading card game (TCG) singles to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Returns & Refunds

All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of TCG singles, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or preference changes.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders: If you receive the wrong item or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@komodocollectibles.ca with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Grading Discrepancies: We do our best to accurately describe the condition of our cards. If you believe the received card significantly differs from the listed condition, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos for review.
- Curling: Curling on cards is natural and no refunds will be issued unless curling exceeds 5mm when placed on a flat surface.
Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders may only be cancelled or modified before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it is considered final.

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at info@komodocollectibles.ca, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Pricing Errors
- In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, system issue, or pricing mistake, Komodo Collectibles reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
- We are not obligated to honour incorrect prices, even after an order has been placed or confirmed. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund any amounts paid.
Lost or Stolen Packages

Komodo Collectibles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows as delivered. If you encounter an issue, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

If your package is lost in transit, reach out to us, and we will assist in locating the shipment.
- Due to high levels of fraud, no refunds are issued for lost packages that with the untracked bubble mailer shipping option selected.
