At Komodo Collectibles, we are committed to delivering your singles quickly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing & Handling

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Cards are shipped in sleeves placed into top loaders which are then placed in 1-2 team bags to help keep the condition when being handled by shipping companies.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method and destination.
Standard shipping typically takes 3-10 business days within Canada.
Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery.
International shipping is available, but delivery times and costs vary by location. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

Untracked Bubble mailer $4.49
Tracking added for orders under 100$: 14.99
Orders over $100: $9.99
Orders over 200: $4.99
Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount (check our website for current promotions).

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Komodo Collectibles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows as delivered.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
If you experience significant delays with tracked orders, reach out to us at info@komodocollectibles.ca, and we will do our best to assist you.
No refunds are issued for lost untracked packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at komodocollect@gmail.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we will try to update the address.
