Preorder Policy
Preorders allow you to reserve upcoming products before their official release. By placing a preorder with Komodo Collectibles, you agree to the following terms.
Payment
Payment is collected in full at the time your preorder is placed. This secures your preorder and helps us determine quantities when ordering upcoming products from our distributors.
Release Dates
All release dates shown on preorder products are estimates provided by the manufacturer or distributor and are subject to change.
Delays can occur due to manufacturing, distribution, shipping, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control. We will fulfill preorders as soon as the product becomes available to us.
Product Allocations
While we make every effort to secure enough inventory to fulfill all accepted preorders, manufacturers and distributors may occasionally allocate fewer units than originally ordered.
If we receive fewer units than expected, available inventory will be used to fulfill customer preorders before being made available as regular store inventory.
If we are unable to fulfill your preorder due to an allocation shortage, you will receive a full refund for the affected item(s) to your original payment method.
If an order contains multiple preorder items and only part of the order is affected by an allocation shortage, only the affected item(s) will be refunded.
Order Quantities
Preorder quantities may be limited per customer on certain high-demand products. Orders exceeding posted limits may be adjusted or cancelled and refunded.
Availability displayed during the preorder period does not guarantee that the manufacturer or distributor will ultimately supply the full quantity ordered by Komodo Collectibles.
Cancellations & Customer-Requested Refunds
Preorders are used to determine the quantities we commit to purchasing from our distributors. Because of this, preorder purchases are considered final and cannot normally be cancelled or refunded due to a change of mind.
If Komodo Collectibles is unable to fulfill your preorder due to an allocation shortage, product cancellation, or another supply issue, you will receive a full refund for the affected item(s).
Orders Containing Preorder & In-Stock Items
If you purchase in-stock and preorder products in the same order, your order will ship once all items are available.
If you would like your in-stock products shipped immediately, we recommend placing them as a separate order.
For orders containing multiple preorder products with different release dates, the order will generally ship once the final item has arrived.
Manufacturer Changes
Product images, packaging, specifications, accessories, and other details shown before release may be preliminary and are subject to change by the manufacturer.
Minor manufacturer changes do not qualify a preorder for cancellation unless the product itself is substantially changed or cancelled.
Estimated Arrival
A manufacturer's release date is not necessarily the date the product will arrive at Komodo Collectibles. Products may require additional time to reach our distributor and subsequently arrive at our facility.
We will begin processing preorder shipments as soon as inventory is received.
